Hayden combines significant construction experience with sound management and commercial acumen to provide project management, Engineer’s Representative and MSQA services. He brings over 20 years’ operational and senior management experience, working on transport infrastructure, and construction and maintenance projects across the Northland and Auckland regions. Hayden focuses on early identification of risk, seeks innovation and delivers best-practice to consistently achieve quality outcomes for project delivery.
Hayden has managed Kaipara District Council’s $2.87m Accelerated Work Package, a PGF funded initiative to create approximately 40 jobs quickly following Covid-19. He also managed the roof replacement on the famed Hundertwasser toilets prior to the opening of the Hundertwasser Park Centre in Kawakawa. In addition, Hayden supports the Northland Transport Alliance with MSQA for pavement rehabilitations and seal extensions in the Far North Area.
Hayden enjoys connecting others within the industry to help them solve their problems; for example, linking the labour market with projects, suppliers and project managers, project managers and clients.
