Di is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing infrastructure projects across Te Tai Tokarau.  Originally from Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Di has lived and worked in Te Tai Tokerau for nearly ten years and has built a solid reputation for delivering successful outcomes in strategic planning, project management and  programme management.

Di enjoys developing and delivering projects that enhance local communities, such as upgrading and building resilient infrastructure, and supporting regional development through economic development projects.  Prior to joining Hoskin Civil, Di worked at Kaipara District Council, where she led councils Long Term Plan, sourced government funding for community projects including wharf development and land diversification and worked in core infrastructure managing a team of project managers internal and external to council to deliver the capital programme.  

During Di’s time at Hoskin Civil she has been the Emergency Works Programme Manager managing Te Tai Tokerau’s large slip programme following multiple weather events in 2022/2023, filled a Capital Works Manager role on secondment and manages the Emergency Works & Resilience Contractor Panels that she established to support weather events now and in the future.

Di is often called upon by clients to tackle challenging or stalled projects and guide them through to completion. Her collaborative approach and commitment to building strong working relationships have earned her a trusted position within Te Tai Tokarau’s professional community.
