Anastasiia (Ana) is a Senior Estimator and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the civil and building construction industries. She is a qualified Power Engineer, has recently completed a Civil Engineering Diploma (WITT), and has an international background as a Nuclear Power Engineer, which provides her with a rare depth of technical expertise and risk awareness.
Since joining Hoskin Civil in 2019, Ana has successfully delivered a wide range of infrastructure projects across Northland, including stormwater upgrades, the Te Hiku Revitalisation and district facilities projects. Her strengths span estimating, quantity surveying, procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, tender evaluation, design problem-solving, and end-to-end project delivery. She is recognised for driving an excellent safety culture, enhancing efficiency through tailored project management systems, and applying her research skills to deliver innovative, value-adding solutions.
Passionate about sustainability, Ana embeds resilience and environmental responsibility into projects, ensuring long-term value for clients, communities, and the environment. She also holds Carbon and Energy Professionals (CEP) certification in Carbon Auditing and Carbon Reduction Initiatives and has contributed as Sustainability Manager for Meridian Energy on the Harapaki Windfarm Project, further strengthening her expertise in sustainable practice.
Ana is based in Kerikeri, Northland, but can provide her services nationwide as required.
